THE OLA EXECUTIVE CONDO SHOWFLAT LAUNCH
The area around Treasure Crest seems to be developing into something of an executive condominium belt. First there was Vales EC, followed by Treasure Crest itself. Now, the Ola EC Sengkang will be built on the plot of land behind Treasure Crest, and across Anchorvale Crescent from Vales EC.
Given that both Vales and Treasure Crest have sold out, response should be good for the Ola executive condo, as there will be pent up demand built up over the 2 years since the launch and sales of Rivercove EC.
This new Sengkang EC is being undertaken by a collaboration of Gamuda Berhad and Evia Real Estate. It won’t be their first project in Singapore, though they are better know in their home country Malaysia. Evia and Gamuda will likely open the Ola EC showflat for viewing only in the first half of 2020, as they are required to wait for 15 months from their purchase of the land in September 2018, before being allowed to launch it for sale.
