This Anchorvale Crescent EC will also be one of the few within walking distance to an MRT station – about 750m to Sengkang MRT station & Mall. 2023 Update: Treasure Crest EC is fully sold. As of now, the only ECs with units available for sale are North Gaia in Yishun, and Altura in Bukit Batok. Adding to that will be the Lumina Grand showflat, that is targeting to open for viewing and sales in early 2024.
The Lumina Grand EC will be located right beside Altura, at Bukit Batok West Avenue 5. Given that Altura is almost 88% sold already, Lumina Grand will be a welcome addition to the executive condominium family. As a bonus, the Lumina Grand EC is being developed by a brand name developer, City Developments (CDL).
If you are interested, do head over to register for a Lumina Grand showflat viewing, and you will be kept posted on when exactly that will take place. Do take note however, that Lumina Grand is likely to be priced at almost twice the pricing of Treasure Crest.

- This EC is located at Anchorvale Crescent, 150m or 2 minutes walk from the new Sengkang Hospital that is currently under construction. THE 1953 CONDO / MIXED DEVELOPMENT
The 1953 condo is going to be one of the nicest things to happen going ahead in the Balestier area for a while. It is a new mixed development that will blend with 7 old shophouses that were built in 1953 (hence the name).
Unlike Treasure Crest, this is going to be a mixed development. The 1953 condo cum retail shops at ground level is a small compact project, made up of 3 parts. The Heritage Collection will be housed in the 7 conserved shophouses, while the Modern and Penthouses Collections will be in the new part of the building.
